No, I didn't. Planning birthday parties was never even close to the top of my list when it came to him.

No, I never had to split a cake with Zeke. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded that too much. I didn't get cake often as a kid. It was just me and my mom. And since you asked, my birthday is September 5th! However I probably won't do anything to mark the occasion. When you get to this age it isn't as exciting as it is when you are young, amongst other reasons.
